Amy C. Mitchell

As a senior associate with Dunlevey, Mahan & Furry, Amy Mitchell concentrates her practice in the area of labor and employment.

She has represented employers in all areas of labor and employment law, including all facets of employment litigation. Amy also advises business clients in matters of discrimination, wrongful termination, the Family and Medical Leave Act, non-competition agreements and trade secret protection, and a host of other rapidly developing employment laws. Her responsiveness to clients’ needs and her ability to understand client concerns makes her a valuable asset to any business needing advice and representation. Amy’s significant litigation experience in both state and federal courts also makes her a very effective advocate to protect our business clients in complex litigation.

Amy is a member of the American, Ohio State, and Dayton Bar Associations and the Volunteer Lawyers Project.

Amy received her undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton and her law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
