Don is a member of the American (including the Business Law and Construction Law Forums), Ohio State, Indiana State and Dayton Bar Associations, and is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Indiana. Don has been a speaker on mechanics’ liens and other topics to various business groups both locally and nationally.
