As an associate with Dunlevey, Mahan & Furry, Doug Jenks concentrates his practice in workers’ compensation, intentional tort litigation, and occupational safety and health law. He represents business clients in hearings before the Ohio Industrial Commission, Ohio common pleas courts, and Ohio courts of appeals.

Doug is a member of the American, Ohio State, and Dayton Bar Associations, and has been a speaker before industry representatives regarding workers’ compensation law. He has also been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Wittenberg University, a Master of Arts degree from Duquesne University, and his law degree from the University of Dayton. In law school, Doug won the Walter H. Rice Moot Court Competition, and was chosen by his class to receive the Lawyers’ Lawyer Award upon graduation. Before law school, Doug taught American History at the University of Dayton. Doug also is actively involved in coaching youth soccer, and is an elected member of the Miami Valley School Alumni Council.
