Dick Furry’s significant experience benefits those clients who become involved in complex business transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other restructurings, and related securities offerings and placements.

Known for his business law acumen, technical precision, and legal drafting skills, Dick frequently assists business owners and executives in a wide range of such transactions. In addition, he has had extensive experience in estate planning for such owners and executives and other high net worth individuals.

Dick is a member of the Dayton Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association. In addition, he is a past chairman of the Business Law Committee of the Dayton Bar Association, a past president of the Dayton Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, and a past president of the Dayton Council of the Navy League of the United States.

Dick received his undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago and his law degree from the University of Chicago Law School.
