As an associate attorney at Dunlevey, Mahan & Furry, Sue Seeberger concentrates her practice on contract disputes and business litigation. Sue practiced law in Dayton, Ohio for over fourteen years before coming to Dunlevey, Mahan & Furry, primarily representing small business clients in a wide variety of litigation involving business disputes, shareholder and employment agreements, trade secrets, commercial leases, wills and trusts, real estate, title insurance, and insurance coverage.

She is a member of the American, Ohio State, and Dayton Bar Associations and a member of the Carl D. Kessler Inn of Court, a prestigious organization of Dayton area civil litigators and judges from the state and federal courts. She is a past chair of the Appellate Practice Committee for the Dayton Bar Association. Outside of work, Sue proudly serves as a volunteer for local professional and other community organizations. She is a past president of the Greater Dayton Volunteer Lawyers Project and served on the Board of Trustees for nine years. She was a member of the Board of Trustees of Clothes That Work, serving Montgomery and Greene Counties in Ohio. Sue also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra.

Sue was a staff attorney to the Honorable Mike Fain, of the Second Appellate District of the Ohio Court of Appeals. While at the University of Dayton School of Law, Sue was an associate editor of the University of Dayton Law Review, a member of the National Trial Practice Team, and placed as a Semifinalist, Region VI, 1992 National Trial Competition. She is the author of "Partners in Crime: RICO Associations in Fact and Pinkerton Liability," American Bar Association Complex Crimes Journal 191 (1992). She graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1992. Sue graduated summa cum laude from Wright State University and was a University Honors Scholar.
